@louisnicholls_ I think I'm learning this, too. At first I thought growing my SaaS was slow because "SaaS is slow." Now I think it's because I'm building a novel product / very (too?) early to this category. If I were to start over, I'd probably try to be distinct inside an EXISTING category.

@DsMatie Hahaha it's true! I'm not sure how I would do it to old customers though. I feel too chicken to do that, and I'd be inclined to apply it to new customers only. Or is that a cop out? -_-

@TweetsOfSumit 100% interested to see this too! I'm going to be taking a baby step in this direction which is actually enforcing plan limits / upgrades 😂 That'll be a little test in this direction. Our competitors are min $59/mo or $99/mo for JUST first year so it's clear i'm too low now.

@RozenMD Not a dumb question. It's a mix of customer development (which I learned from "Lean Customer Development") and the latest tips I've picked up from "Founding Sales". But the real answer is just a ridiculous amount of practice. I've easily done 100+ demos in the last 3 years.
