Paddle: payments processor (email address)

LogSnag: user analytics (email address)

Mailgun: transactional email provider (email address)

Should the list of data processors change, it will be noted on this page.

We take the security of your email address seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Data retention

We keep your email address for as long as you have an active ilo account. If you decide to close your account, we will fully delete your email address and social media data from our systems.

  • Request correction if it's incorrect
  • Ask us to delete your email address (which will close your ilo account)
